1. Check-In & Check-Out Policy
Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may attract additional charges. A valid government photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License) is mandatory for all adult guests during check-in.
2. Lawn & Banquet Bookings
For wedding and event lawn reservations, an advance token payment is required to confirm booking dates. Final settlement must be made prior to the commencement of the event as per mutually agreed terms.
3. Guest Conduct & Property Safety
Guests are requested to respect fellow patrons and property assets. Any willful damage to resort inventory, rooms, or equipment will be billed to the guest account.
