Booking Policies

1. Room Reservation Cancellation
- Free Cancellation: If cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date (12:00 PM), a 100% refund of the advance amount will be processed.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will attract a charge equal to 1 night's room tariff.
- No-Show: In case of a no-show without prior notice, the advance deposit will be non-refundable.
2. Event & Lawn Booking Cancellation
Due to advance blocking of dates and logistics setup, event and wedding lawn cancellations are governed by the custom contract signed at the time of booking. Rescheduling of dates is accommodated subject to open calendar slots.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are credited back to the original source of payment (Bank / UPI / Card) within 5 to 7 working days.
